Without the blessing of God, man does not get anything. If you do not have the blessings of God, then understand that the reason for this will be a curse. No human would want to curse in his life. 1: Bible verses says obey God’s commands for blessings from God
By obeying the command of God, one is blessed. The proofs of bible verses is found in the book of Genesis 12: 1-3.
God wanted to send Abraham to a place of which he was unaware. Yet he obeys God’s command. God commanded that Abraham leave his country, birthplace and father’s house and go to the place where God wants to send. As a result, they get God’s biggest blessings. Because God says, And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless you, and curse him that curses you: and in you shall all families of the earth be blessed. By obeying God’s commandments, people get all these blessings. You can read Deuteronomy 28: 1–13.
2: Believing in God brings blessings.
Without faith, it is impossible to get anything from God. Because if you pray, but do not believe, then God will not listen to your prayers. Trust means that what we do not see is called trust. It is written in the book of Genesis 22: 1-18,
how Abraham is willing to offer his only one son Issac to God. While Issac was Abraham’s eyes star. He was also born in old age and at the age of 100. Yet Abraham was ready for burnt offerings according to God’s command.
Because Abraham strongly believed that God could produce a child for them even with stones. God leaves Isaac alive after seeing Abraham’s conviction. God bestows this blessing upon Abraham’s faith. That in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies. And all the nations of the earth will be blessed by your offspring, because you have obeyed my voice.
3: The righteous are blessed.
Everyone knows that God does not bless sinful people. Because those who walk truthfully and honestly receive God’s blessing. God hates evil people.
It is written in Proverbs 10: 6-7, The righteous are blessed, but the mouth of the wicked is filled with violence. People remember and bless the righteous, but the name of the wicked is erased from the earth.
If you also want to receive the blessings of the Lord, then you should follow the way of truth and righteousness.
4: Fasting, repentance and praying brings blessings.
In Joel 2: 12-14 God says, come to me by repenting with your whole heart with fasting. Earlier people repented by tearing clothes and sackcloth them. But God says, “And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn to the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents to him of the evil. Maybe, he will turn around and repent and bless you.
God is pleased by praying and gives the desired groom.
It is seen in chapter 19 of 2 king, that when Assyria attacks King Hezekiah, he prays and repents, and God hears his prayer.
It is 2 king 20 chapter, when King Hezekiah was in sick, God says through the prophet Isaiah that you will die. But Hezekiah prays to God, and God hears him and blesses him with healing. God listens to the prayer made with vows. In 1 Samuel 1: 10-11, God hears Hannah’s prayer and blesses the child.
Therefore, fasting, repentance and prayer are required to get blessings.
5: Giving is a blessing.
You must have heard that when someone donates to a beggar, then he says God bless you. This beggar’s blessing brings blessings to you. Therefore, donations should be given to the poor, widows and orphans.
But God and his priest people should also donate. it is written in Ezekiel 44:30, First of all, priests will have the right overall the first fruits of all kinds and all kinds of offerings in your offerings. You will also give priests out of your first dough, so that your homes will be blessed. Do you hesitate to give tithes to God? If you do not donate, you will not get blessings from the Lord. It is written about in Malachi 3: 8-11. We as humans become selfish. We want to be blessed by God, but we do not want to give them anything. So tell me how you will get blessings. Acts 10:2-4
